Easy Spinach & Chicken Bake

I had a rotisserie chicken in the fridge uneaten for a couple days that desperately needed a place to go so this recipe was thrown together with whatever I had in the pantry and freezer. Enjoy!

Spinach & Chicken Bake
Preheat oven to 425.
1 1/2 c cooked chicken
frozen spinach (thawed)
1 1/4 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 box penne noodles (boiled al dente)
1 jar pasta sauce (I actually recommend 1 1/2 if you like it saucy)
seasoning of your choice for flavor

add a little of your sauce to the bottom of a greased pan to prevent sticking

boil noodles till they are "almost" done (al dente)

 mix chicken, spinach, and seasoning
 then add sauce and noodles
 dump in pan
add cheese and bake for 20 minutes
voila! An easy 30 minute meal!

PS My kids didn't even realize there was spinach in there!

This looks awesome. Now if I could just get my husband to eat it too. He doesn't do spinach.

I found you via The Product Review Place. I love your colors too!

I'm making this tonight. It's in the oven. I used broccoli instead of spinach because that's what I have. Anywa, I can't wait. Thanks for the idea. I hate cooking!
