Since its the time of year for cooking galore I thought I'd share another recipe this week! This one takes about 40 minutes start to finish and I always make extra for lunch the next day, it refridgerates well!
Teriyaki Chicken bowls
Chicken breast or thighs (boneless)
1 cup of teriyaki marinade (Mr. Yoshida's is the best!)
Your favorite frozen veggies (I got this Birds Eye Steamfresh Asian veggie bag on sale)
Prep chicken in pan with 1 cup of sauce
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or cut open to ensure its done
While chicken is cooking follow directions on rice package to make rice.
Just before chicken is done, microwave or steam veggies.
Assemble in layers and drizzle some teriyaki over top!
I make this about every other week, easy and cheap!
