For the Coconut Lovers

Here's a new recipe I tried last week that was super easy and YUMMY!  I was watching one of my FAVORITE Food Network shows, Mexican Made Easy and saw these.  She calls them coconut bark, I just call them a WHOLE lotta coconut!  You only need 2 ingredients!

1 14oz. bag of sweetened shredded coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 450

Bake for 20 minutes or golden brown.  Let cool and cut into squares, I individually wrapped mine in press n seal and put in the kids lunches, they loved it!

I'm not a fan of coconut, but if I was I'd have to try this! It just looks so easy!

You could use crushed nuts and choc chips too. =)

The 2 ingredient thing is what drew me to this one for sure!
