Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15min
Simple Garden Salsa
4-5 ripe tomatoes (any kind, any size)
1-2 jalapeno peppers (more or less according to how you like it spiced)
1 yellow onion (quartered)
Pam cooking spray
garlic salt to taste
Set oven to broil
Line baking sheet with foil and arrange tomato, onion and jalapeno. Spray with cooking spray.
Put in broiler for 10-15min or until toasted
Let cool for 15minutes then add to blender (remove tops from jalapenos)
Blend well
Add garlic salt to taste (depending on veggies, sometimes no salt is required)
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or add it onto your favorite dish!

Ummmm YUM!!! You go girl with your salsa cooking self!! It looks great and is similar to one my mother in law makes....she is from Mexico!
