Simple Garden Salsa

My family LOVES salsa so I make this just about every week!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15min

Simple Garden Salsa
4-5 ripe tomatoes (any kind, any size)
1-2 jalapeno peppers (more or less according to how you like it spiced)
1 yellow onion (quartered)
Pam cooking spray
garlic salt to taste

 Set oven to broil

Line baking sheet with foil and arrange tomato, onion and jalapeno. Spray with cooking spray.

Put in broiler for 10-15min or until toasted

Let cool for 15minutes then add to blender (remove tops from jalapenos)
Blend well

Add garlic salt to taste (depending on veggies, sometimes no salt is required)
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or add it onto your favorite dish!
