Oh how the list grows....

Need to do this, need to do that, need to go here, need to go there....  Life as a MOM is already crazy busy as it is!!  I'm trying to get my footing here!  I know its only my first week back to work but my brain hurts from all the "training" AND everything else I need to do!  I like to say that I'm a fairly organized person but if you could see my house today(I can't bring myself to take a pic to show you) it looks like I've just made more work for myself!  Either that or a dishes, laundry, toy, crumb, paper and whatever else is floating around here, BOMB went off!  I'm thinking there are going to be LOTS of little posties everywhere to get me back on track and organized!  Oh and this gloomy weather isn't helping the motivation either!

I'm thinking of setting a timer for 15 minutes per room for myself as a challenge!  I ALWAYS get distracted by this damn computer while getting things done around here which leads to unfinished business everywhere.  HEY its right in the MIDDLE of the house so I get sucked back in, lets face it, whats more fun cleaning or surfing?  teehee  SO if I set the timer maybe I will get more done then reward myself with some puter time.

What are your best organization, motivation or getting things done tips?

I like the timer idea, I may try that. I have to do a really good spring cleaning plus I have to start all the yard work, it is easy to get overwhelmed and just want to take a nap! The timer may just do the trick, thanks for the suggestion. Good luck with your "to do list"! Thanks!

I do like lists! I like crossing things off and being able to look back at what I did. Also, I reward myself with some more surf time! ;)

oh my goodness the computer is such a huge distraction isn't it! I often shut my computer down just to force myself to not be able to easily go back to it. It helps! The timer idea sounds good too!
