I've seen this about 5 times in the last 10 days! The trucks around here are crazy! Well some of the people too! I didn't see any blinkers either! Sorry for the blur, the only camera I have right now is my cell!

Weird! I almost had the front end of my car taken off this morning by a large semi truck that was trying to make a turn onto a narrow street. It was definitely alarming.
